HER108 is a 1A / 1000V high efficiency fast recovery rectifier diode used for high-frequency rectification, freewheeling and switching in power circuits.
HER108 has fast recovery, low power loss and low heat, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits where ordinary diodes cannot work efficiently.
HER108 has 1000V reverse voltage, which is higher than SF18 (600V). It can replace them in circuits requiring 1000V withstand voltage. Please confirm your circuit design before replacement.
